Custom/Return/Shipping Info

Return policy as of 3/1/20: CURRENTLY THERE ARE NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO COVID-19.
ALL SALES FINAL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISTAKES MADE AT CHECKOUT & WE UNFORTUNATELY WILL NOT SWAP OUT ITEMS. EACH PAGE AT CHECKOUT STATES PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ORDER & ADDRESS BEFORE PAYMENT. YOU CAN NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE AT OUR PHYSICAL LOCATION.

How long does it take to receive items purchased?
Up to 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS for processing after payment is received & up to 5-12 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING to receive in mail depending on arrival city & item after processing.
 
Business days are Monday-Friday. Orders made on weekend days will be processed the following Monday. Shipping labels are created before product is shipped most times to organize orders, this does not always accurately reflect shipping status on USPS website. Please do not be alarmed if your items tracking says it hasn’t moved from Charlotte NC or Buffalo NY, orders are waiting to be picked up from our online facility by USPS this is typical. Due to volume of orders, sometimes all orders are not picked up as scheduled because the USPS mail truck can not fit all the packages.  If you have not RECEIVED your item after the time explained above, please email us. PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC DATE OF ARRIVAL OR DATE ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED, HOWEVER IF YOU GO BACK TO YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL SENT TO YOU DIRECTLY AFTER ORDER WAS PLACED, click on “View Your Order” to retrieve your tracking info.
***If you made a purchase from our website and did NOT receive a confirmation email directly after, but your bank account was debited for the purchase, THE ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH ON OUR END. In that case, your money will be put back on your account by your bank typically in 3-7 business days***
Can an order be cancelled or altered after it has been made?
Orders that have been completed CAN NOT be cancelled or altered under any circumstances. We do not switch sizes after order is placed. We can change your address IF YOUR SHIPPING LABEL HAS NOT BEEN CREATED. Once it’s been created we can not make any changes to your order.

How do garments fit or run?
Men's are true to size. Women's are true to size fitted/stretchy material. If the items are unisex, women’s please go down a size. For example if you wear a women’s large, buy a medium in our unisex shirts. All shirts are pre shrunk and ringspun. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GARMENTS SHRINKING, WE RECOMMEND DRY CLEANING OR IF WASHING AT HOME TO HANG DRY. Do not put in dryer for best results. 

How do I order a custom product?

What if my package is lost by the post office, I do not receive or is stolen from my door?
ImLivinB LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking number states it was processed by the USPS or delivered to the address, it is out of our hands unfortunately and we are not liable to send another package or refund. Please contact the USPS with tracking number to try and locate package. USPS PICKS UP OUR PACKAGES EVERY MONDAY, TUESDAY AND FRIDAY. Please understand mistakes happen with the carrier, if your item has not scanned please give it some time, it is scheduled for pick up.

What if my item is damaged, rips or something of that nature AFTER IT IS WASHED?
ImLivinB LLC is not liable to replace any item that has been washed or worn. All defects must be noticed BEFORE any washing or drying. NO EXCEPTIONS.
 

I ordered an item, then received a discount code after purchase or forgot to enter discount code:
We can not honor discount after purchase is made. 



We DO NOT allow returns, refunds or exchanges on Enormous items. They are made per order, please know your size. WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR ANY $12 HOODY, $9 CREWNECK, $3 TEE, 3 for $45 Mystery Crewneck OR ANY PROMOTIONAL SALESAll garments are true to size and fitted. We suggest going up a size if you would are uncertain. We also DO NOT guarantee a perfect match for sneaker. For best results please stop in with sneaker. We do not offer refunds due to the picture online being slightly different color or shade from the item once it arrived. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer saying they changed their mind, or no longer wants. We do not accept returns because garments are not the same color as each other. Many times men’s and women’s garments that are the same COLOR maybe a different shade due to the garments coming from different garment manufacturers. We do not allow returns for that.
We do not accept online returns in store. Also, we DO NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING YOUR ITEM BACK FOR A RETURN UNLESS THE ERROR WAS OUR FAULT.
